1. Provide activities & events to develop student skills in teamwork, communication, & critical thinking.

2. partner with the academic departments & community service unit when possible to serve as teaching/learning processes that advance the educational mission of the college.

3. Provide the support and guidance needed for better academic performance and healthier personal life.

4. Collaborate with students to provide programs & services to explore personal values and goals.

5. Resolve concerns and disputes at the lowest level by facilitating with the concerned parties and ensuring compliance.

6. Serve as a resource centre that directs students towards the importance of self reliability and responsibility.

7. Advocate for students’ rights and ensure just treatment of raised issues at MACHS.
